Anyone know how to get a back cover off a pocket watch inorder to get to the works?

Taking it to a jeweler is too easy. I like to learn how stuff works, always studying up on old crap.

I figured it out. Put the watch flat in the palm of one hand, cover the watch with the other hand, push with light pressure and turn counter clockwise. I was hoping to find 14K inside somewhere, no luck:
