Thanks guys! I only call it "strange" because i realize that not everyone is willing to have a collossal Jawa Sandcrawler sitting in the middle of their collection room.

I've owned "Sandy" since about august 2007. I had her commissioned and built by a very talented STAR WARS modeler from South America.

I think its real cool as well...the only "realer-scale" type comission
I'd consider personally, would probably be a JABBA'S PALACE, or a
"slice of the DEATH STAR" with the goal being a more realistic version
of the DS playset we had as kids. Your sandcrawler playset is certainly
                  an influence/motivator!

I also own one and also a real WWII Nazi flag. The flag was given to me by someone who knew I liked collecting various militaria type items (apparently a relative brought it back from Germany as a spoil of war).

The German helmet is an M-35 Luftwaffe helmet and I really just own it again because I like historical items.

I realize that owning these types of items are illegal in parts of Europe. I once tried on the helmet and was surprised that it was a bit small and I don't even have a big head so it must have been worn by a young soldier.

There is one other item which may be kind of strange but again just militaria. It is a Civil War Prisoner of War Tag. It's made of Brass but doesn't appear to have been used because there is a spot for a number to be engraved but it is blank.

Your post at PlaidStallions about drinking Bum Wine still cracks me up. I've sent the link to several of my friends. It's a classic! (I can't believe that was three years ago.)

I once owned a prison letter and questionnaire from Gacy, but Linda made me get rid if it. Traded it to my buddy Jon (With the 5K Phantom) for a few carded Micronauts.

I knew I could count on Bill to have something freaky, now where's Megoat at?
For anybody who doesn't know, Bill's refering to infamous serial killer John Wayne Gacy, killer of young men and painter of clowns. Or was it painter of young men and killer of clowns, I forget.

I have a piece of rusted metal that one of my ape friends sent to me. It's from the wire cage from Ape City.
