A lot of countries in Europe have English almost as a second language.
Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany. Most Scandinavian countries. Other countries will at least give it a decent try.
Don't expect it in Paris. They're rude to everyone. Remember Monty Python's "I fart in your general direction"?

I'd like to do Scotland, Ireland & Wales, as Toystalker suggested. Maybe then go on to France. I'd also like to go to some of the dig-your-own mines in the US - diamonds in Arkansas, opal in Nevada, etc. My honeymoon was in Saint Martin, and I'd like to go back. Great food & great beaches, with a European attitude towards swimsuits.Comment

One of my dream vacation is visiting Egypt, back when I was a child I used to watch this movie, the mummy. from now then and on, I always dream to visit Egypt and see the Pyramids of Giza and also not only the Pyramids but also https://gowithguide.com/blog/egypt-t...d-to-know-5312 some of the destination that was mentioned here from this place. I love also history and cultures. Hoping, someday I could visit there!Comment
