Ookla, Ariel we ride!! Love Thundarr. Someone buy the rights to that line and Herculoids so we can get some 8" Mego figures of them.
It's not a doll it's an action figure.

Lords of light! where did you find Thundarr on DVD? I just got Defenders of the Earth and Flash Gordon from Target. Blackstar was a STAPLE of my youth, I just found my Trobbit figures! must...have...these! Blackstar was the PRECURSOR to HE-MAN, though the toys were very late to the table.

One of the few cartoons I actually sought out to watch on Saturday mornings well past my "cartoon years" was Thundarr.
I've always been a fan of post-apocalyptic stuff like Planet of the apes, Kamandi, Omega Man, etc.

I was lucky enough to get my blackstar dvd set for $10 a couple years ago at wally-world.

Blackstar was annoying because of the Trobbits. Never got to see Flash, Tarzan , Zorro, OR Lone Ranger sadly.

Thundarr the Barbarian and Batman the Animated series are just about the ONLY action cartoons I like.

I like my cartoons funny and my comics adventurous.
