Post your favorite movie - ONE PICK ONLY!

OK, here is an exercise for us. Pick your all time favorite movie. You can only put one movie title in your post. If you, like me, have many you want to list, flip a coin or do eeny meeny miny mo. After a few days I will make a list and see if any have an overwhelming number of votes and how many actually make the list. I also want to gauge movie genres. So, think of it as a survey.

I had a tough time picking one out of a couple that I want to list and I wavered a few times, but I am going to pick one that I sat in the movie theater and was exceedingly sad when it ended as I wanted it to go another 2.5 hours. There are not many movies I can say that about. In fact, this might be the only one.

lord of the rings trilogy, I had a tear in my eye in the third instalment, as the film was coming to a end, one of the most amazing adventures Ive seen on screen.

If "Blade Runner" and "Raiders of the Lost Ark" were neck and neck approaching the finish line, I guess it would depend on the day, who would win (by a fraction of an inch) Today, it would be Ridley Scott's 1982 futuristic, film noir, masterpiece; the film that gave birth to cyberpunk and inspired me to become a filmmaker...
