SC
You are my new personal Hero!!
A few of Mine:
Planet of the Apes- "Damm you all to Hell...you blew it up"!
Blade Runner- "All these moments, will be lost...like Tears in the Rain...time to die".
Gladiator- "My name is Marcus Desmus Meridius..."
Batman Begins- The first scene at the Docks".

Angels With Diry Faces- When Rocky goes to the electric Chair
Star Trek 2- When the Enterprise is trying to escape the Genesis Wave...and Kirk looks at Spock's Station to see him missing...and gets a terrified look on his Face.
I agree with all the Superman moments. One that I love that gets overlooked is at the beginning of the released version of II when Clark runs down the alley and changes to Superman while running at super-speed. That's 1,000 Curt Swan comic panels right there.
Lots of great goosebump moments in Clint Eastwood movies. "Unforgiven" is full of them. One being Clint/Will Munny's classic line "It's a helluva thing killin' a man. You take away all he's got, and all he's ever gonna have."
And then when he enters the saloon at the climax...Clint never looked more badarse. He was out for blood, and he got it.
I know the movie took the Bat-franchise down the camp road, but there are parts of Batman Forever that work, and the final scene of Batman and Robin running in front of the Bat-Signal just sent chills up my geek spine.
Lots of great goosebump scenes in Batman Begins and Dark Knight. The scene where Bruce discovers the Batcave and the bats surround him in Begins was great. Even though you knew it was coming, the launch of the Batpod in Dark Knight was just flat cool. That whole scene from start to finish is flawless, including the surprise reappearance of Jim Gordon and his line "we got you, you son of a...."
Spidey movies have some great geek-out scenes. When Peter first starts climbing the wall, and those music scenes hit with each handfall. The elevated train rescue in 2 is phenomenal.
As Gladiator is my all time favorite movie, I have to pick this one. If I run across it on TV and it is within a half hour or so of this scene, I will wait and watch it. Even though I own it on DVD AND Blu-ray.
Here's another one that doesn't quite fit the criteria of the thread, but as it was probably the movie scene that I had the biggest emotional response to, I have to mention it.
The very ending of the John Carpenter's Prince of Darkness. The movie itself isn't going to win any great movie awards, but the ending is killer. I remember getting a MAJOR chill and goosebumps at the end and just sitting there for 5 minutes or so, thinking "OMG that was creepy". If you haven't seen the movie and you like horror, watch it. Stick with it to the end and don't lose interest and only pay half attention to it. The ending is awesome.

Star trek II-Spock and kirk spocks death scene
