    We have Dish. Service has been fine. Rates are reasonable. The DVR is the best part of the whole deal.

        Had it for years, and the rates crept up from 19.99 to close to 50 bucks. I dumped all pay TV in 2004. Don't miss it one bit.

            One last question I'm confused when I looked at the channel offering, is the Discovery Channel in High Def? I got to watch Mythbusters in HD.

                Discovery Channel is part of Dish Network's HD package. Just watched Mythbusters in HD last night.
                Fresh, not from concentrate.
