PDF's & Slideshows?

I just acquired the Flash Gordon 1979 movie adaptation comic books off eBay and am waiting for them to be delivered. These is a pretty cool tho little seen adaptation drawn by Al Williamson who also did The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi for Marvel years back.

I was thinking I could scan them page by page or panel by panel, ( or both) and we could create a slideshow and/or PDF file for people to download. Does
anyone have the expertiese for a project like this? I have one issue so far and can start this week. I don't forsee any problems because the publisher, Gold Key/Whitman, doesn't exist anymore. Is anyone game?
