Oh, no.... sorry to heard that. I'm glad you're OK and take care.
I had a terrible wrecked twice time in the front of my red car, a big newer dark grey Dodge Truck had speeding over 35 limit, the sign showed 15 limit. I stopped and checked to see if there's no vehicles and I drove to the left (there's no stop sign in the parking lots) and go home but a teenager girl were speeding and passed a small dark blue car and turned to the right side and wrecked into my car, she got out of her Truck and blammed me...... that was not my fault, that's her fault. My boss told the polices the witness and he saw her Truck was speeding and wrecked into my car FIRST, not me but they doubt it. The cops doing nothing on us.... and drove away. The girl's insurance company told me that was my fault and they made me paid for her Truck insurance.....that's BS lier!!!Her Truck's front looks fine but on the front right brake wheel and radiator had slight damaged...... I told her "yours looks pretty fine and......... look at my car has totaly damaged! You BETTER use the brakes, look at the speed limit signs and watch out traffic area the LAST time!"
The next day, she walked inside of the Mall Office and blammed to my boss and me. My boss called his securities to rid her from his Private Property and never come back in the future, finally the problems is over.
I sold my wrecked car for $450 and down payment for my black 1998 1/2 Trans Am with T-tops, auto, CD/FM/AM, dark grey leather seats, 3:23 posit traction rearend, long tube chrome Hooker headers, 3" Y-pipe with narrow Cats, in the middle 3 1/2" pipe and rear Magnaflow muffler with larger chrome tips. Oh, Man.......... that car is AWESOME and very powerfull HotRod!!!I have semi full cover insurance for my car. I bought her last 2 years ago on Jan, 2005. Now I still keep her and I love her!

Oh No. I can't believe it, Brian. All that well deserved Toy Euphoria dashed against the rocks in a flash.
You should at the very least get yourself checked out. Many problems can pop up a few days later. I'm not saying you should run out and hire the best lawyer you can to try and claim whiplash, but you should at least protect yourself. High speed injuries can be very dangerous. Very often problems don't appear till a few days down the road. I'm not trying to scare you, I'm just concerned. I've been in a very similar situation.Comment

Thanks guys, as luck may have it I already had an appointment with my chiropractor today anyway, so I have a perfect opportunity.

I just found out the raining Kirks were for me, and somehow that cause me to cackle out loud. My Kirk cards were involved in an accident with the curator of the Mego museum. These suckers are going on eBay!--

Glad to hear that you weren't hurt, but when I read "It's raining Kirks" I think of the games that good ol' James T. would play with his young, nubile Yeomans in the Captain's quarters. I hope things return to normal for you soon.
It seems like no one takes responsibility anymore for their own actions. I was involved in a wreck back in December, which was totally my fault. The guy in front of me went to pull out into traffic, and I assumed I was next to go. However, two/thirds of the way into traffic he decided he didn't have enough room (though I thought he had more than enough), and as I idled forward I looked back into oncoming traffic and did not confirm that he wasn't there. I wound up running into his rear bumper at about 4mph, which caved his bumper cover and faux bumper (it was an SUV, so no metal in the bumper, only foam). Totally my fault, and when we pulled over I said so, apologized, and told him that I would make sure that the damages were taken care of. It wound up costing about $450, which luckily was enough that it didn't even damage my "accident free" rating with my insurance company since it was a single claim (my first accident ever) and under $500. Hasn't cost me a dime, even though it was my fault and I admitted it freely, if ashamedly.
