Ok, so I have been dreading today and tomorrow for a month. We got scheduled to do a location photo shoot in Jersey for one of our biggest clients. I hate location photo shoots and I especially hate them when I have to stay overnight away from my home, family and Mego collection.
So we get here around 5:30 and check in. My boss and the client decide to head into Philly to get some cheese steaks and do some shopping. I decide to stay here at the hotel, so the client tells me that we are checked in under her Corporate Gold membership and I can use my room key to get into the lounge on the top floor. I am on the way to my room and I get into the elevator with a family in swim trunks and towels and I ask them how the pool was. They look at me and say, "the heck with the pool, they have an indoor water park here!" SO...I change into some shorts I brought and I go relax on the lazy river and hit the tube slides and relax in the indoor/outdoor spa/hot tub. Then, after I am so relaxed that I have trouble walking, I hit the corporate lounge (with all the food, beer, wine and soft drinks you want for free) and I gorge myself on the best stuffed chicken breasts and pasta I have ever eaten. And now I am typing this as I finish off my chocolate fudge cake wedges.
I am starting to like these location photo shoots!
HOWEVER, there are NO Megos in sight! So, it's not like I am not suffering a little here!
