barris still has the original and has made several for private hands but the fact this guy drives his and doesn't just car show it is probably why

lets face it we all would love to have one

I remember there is a guy out west who builds them. He had them available in 3 different degrees of compleness.

I think it was something like:

20,000 fiberglass body that required cutting

40,000 for rough cut body on rolling chasis

75,000 Turn key , just like the guy in the video

This guy also made the Batmobile for The movie Rockstar, and I believe return to the batcave

The producer of that piece really should've sped up the tape of the guy leaving his driveway and going down the road. With the obligatory bat-music of course..

There are several companies (guys) that build replica Batmobiles. You can get one (that drives) for $75,000-$100,000.
Like I said, this guy is nothing special. And I doubt he drives his Batmobile around all the time
