TNA wrestlin g was horrible last night

I really tried to like it but everything defies even wrestling logic..

Mr Hulk "I don't want to wrestle but the fans want me too" Hogan vs Ric "I used to be the man" Flair sucked so bad they gave it to us to open the show and close it?? here's a hint Blood doesn't equal good wrestling. least we got to see the "great acting of Brooke Hogan, lest she didn't sing

They have a debut of RVD only to have him totally destroyed by Sting repeatedly -what a waste

great show of the US army "hitting mr kennedy with the weakest punches and kicks. yeah Bischoff calls WWE guest hosts cheap ploy..

I think the only match worth watching was the X division match..

I thought the production in TNA was better than it had ever been.

too many missed shots.. they promised to stay on til it was over but then cut out before hardy could do his swantan..

I really want both to thrive cause they can feed off of each other. but man Scott Hall looked wasted as usual. the whole show felt like the closing months of WCW, when it should be the early NWO days

I watched both ..., or bits here and there ...
I thought they both were not very good.
I dunno ...., Part of me just feels bad for Hogan and Flair, because they just don't know when to stop. Horrible story lines ingeneral last night ...., with the only +'s Being the return of Jeff Hardy ..., to the Shamus/ HHH Encounter.

Raw is big budget...and Impact is low budget.

Impact has too many WWE rejects and washed up wrestlers.

Dixie Carter is no damn owner...she's an employee of the company that owns TNA.

Impact shows more blood...kinda of a turn off really...who wants to see two old geezers (Hogan and Flair) bleeding profusely?

I can't really understand why many keep saying TNA is better...it's not...it's a low-budget production...always in the same bloody warehouse...with the same couple thousand people or so fans in the stands...and using the same 'ol washed up wrestlers...I mean really...anybody else rolls up their eyes watching the same old tired Nick Foley Kevin Nash, Scott Hall...and 6-Pak?

I hope both Hogan and Flair don't drop dead of a heart attack.

If AJ Stiles was in the WWE...he would be an Intercontinental champion...but not a WWE or Heavyweight champion...the guy is just too bloody small.

Raw is certainly not perfect...but I prefer it over Impact.

I'll keep watching both shows...I DVR them...so I have no beef with either one.

They promised to stay on till the match was over. Which is exactly what they did.

Impact was stellar last night. Not only did it blow RAW out of the water (no surprise there, I took a dump that was better than RAW) but it was one of the best fully composed wrestling shows in a long time. Plenty of excitement, but it wasn't all just needless surprises and run-ins. Everything set up storylines and built towards long term stuff.

Especially liked that they wisely used RVD to turn Sting heel with the extended beat down segment. That builds to what will likely be a classic RVD/Sting match. There was really a lot of depth in that debut, as they managed to set up a storyline, actually get the fans to boo Sting and still managed to make RVD look like a big deal, while not actually giving anything away. It's almost mind boggling how much good was accomplished in that 60 seconds or so from RVD's debut to Sting's first beat down of him. I think the eventual RVD/Sting match could be a big draw too.

WWE fans like to paint out how their show is full of so many "young guys" but then when you turn on RAW and see Vince McMahon wrestling, it more or less ruins that illusion.

And no Dixie Carter isn't an employee of the company that owns TNA. She owns TNA, just as Vince owns WWE. She's the CEO of TNA. Her father's company is the majority shareholder, but Dixie owns and controls that branch. No different than WWE being a publicly traded company and Vince being the CEO.

Anywho, last night was a ton of fun. Hopefully the ratings hold up for TNA, but we'll see. WWE's audience is mostly little kids, people tuning in to see celebrities and whatnot now, so it's up to TNA to get the true blue wrestling fans back. After a decade of WWE turning them away, I don't know if it'll be possible.

                  Great show anyway.

I tried to watch both, but lost interest and shut the tv off. By the way, TNA doesnt shoot in an old warehouse, the stuff they shoot for the show is done at Universal Studios theme park in Florida. Ever since they redid it though, it does look smaller doesnt it? Might be the "handicap" walkway they put in for Hulkster, instead of the old ramp with the LED lights all over it?

I think both WWe and TNA have kinda crapped the bed when it comes to quality lately. I will say TNA has way prettier Knockouts than WWE has Divas.(If you rule out Awesome Kong and ODB).

what? wwe made rey mysterio heavywight champion. and since when does higher budeget mean a better product. wwe has been the same show for two months. vince talking about bret, shawn and undertaker talking abouth their match and cena getting his butt kicked. wwe is boring at least tna is trying to mix up the story lines.

                          Wrong.

Dixie Carter might be the president of TNA...but Dean Broadhead is the CEO of that company.

I was flipping channels, and hadn't planned on watching either. However, I did sit through most of the Hogan/Flair debacle. Neither guy has been able to move in the ring for years, but last night was a new low for Flair. Flair can still bleed with the best of them...and that's about it. Hogan's face looked like it aged a lot since his family issues began. Maybe they could just go hardcore and beat each other with cookie sheets, flourescent light tubes, and perhaps a slightly used Mego Batmobile?

                              No...it does not...but TNA is not better...period.

Same 'ol storylines...Jeff Jarrett whining about him being the founder of TNA...Hulk Hogan yapping about how great Dixie Carter is...and the has-been storyline of the further adventures of Kevin Nash vs Scott Hall and 6-Pak. Oh...and Sting with the same 'ol tired wannabe Crow stuff...come on...boring...the guy wrestles for two minutes every other month...retire already, Sting.

And Eric Bischoff...man...I can't stand that dude...I rather listen to Vince McMahon...at least he's funny.

I do love Kurt Angle though...he's one of my favorites...that's the main reason I watch TNA Impact.

Anyway...I think there's room for both wrestling companies...however...don't expect Impact to beat Raw in the ratings anytime soon.

Oh...one last thing...the reason Rey Mysterio briefly became Heavyweight champion...was because Eddie Guerrero died...so it was an act of appreciation on Vince McMahon's part...to pay his respects by awarding Mysterio (Guerrero's best friend) the title.
