This 14 and a 1/2 year "old timer" wanted to contribute, too. He can't see anymore, but was able to root out a few bucks. Wish it could be more, but some things have come up this week.

Hey Everyone,
Shadow is at the Vets. They are doing the surgery as I'm typing this. I was told that they will have to keep her overnight and that they will call me when she is done with the operation. I will keep you all posted as I learn any new information.

They usually wait until the anesthetic wears off, and see how the dog reacts.
If they let Shadow sleep it off for a while, it might take some time before you hear anything.
I know, I've been there quite a few times. My dogs are like my kids. I'll get them to the vet quicker than I myself would go. To a regular doctor, not the vet, that is....

I just called them and they tell me she hasent even went in yet and that she is second to last to have her procedure done. I asked when that would be and she said around 2:00 kind of would have been nice to know out the rip grrrrrrrrrrrr
