Snow Part Deux

We are due to get 3-6" tomorrow here in Dixie. All schools and government buildings are going to be closed tomorrow. Should be a fun (and interesting) day.

We got killed in our part of Maryland. 4+ feet of snow in a week. It was up over my waste in the low spots and up over my head in the drifts.

We had a State of Emergency and were told not to go onto the roads until today at noon. They sent in the National Guard and I think some FEMA funds are being sent to our area. A lot of buildings with flat roofs simply collapsed from the weight of the snow.

I have lived in this area my entire life and this is by far the worst I have seen ever. They did say that it was the worst storm on record for this area (meaning the two storms added together) since they have been tracking it for 130 years.
