I saw this movie in Mexico back in the mid 70s...it was either an American or English flick...I can't remember.
I'm almost 100% sure it starred Robert Vaugn.
Robert Vaugh is in a movie about a boy who's in a coma...then the boy awakens many years later as an adult.
Vaugh mentors the man who thinks like a child.
To make a long story short...the man-boy runs into trouble...police are after him...surrounds him in a house...then the man-boy impales Vaughn with something.
One memorable scene is that the man-boy goes into a bar...drinks a beer thinking it's milk...and spits it out...lol.
