    morality dump!

    As ex:
In the 80's Looney Tunes was censored.
You dont see Bugs hit other characters with bats or shovels anymore.Instead a shower of colored stars fill the screen.
The people who decided that Bugs needed censorship back then must be flipping today!
A few months ago on a Saturday evening I was flipping channels and came across ads for that evenings shows on the cable kids station and was shocked as to what children are exposed to these days.As of 9pm cartoons are too sexually explicit.
Not to mention what kids see on MTV.
I think this is just awful.
    I geuss morality doesnt pay.
And money makes the world go round,at any price.

I'm sorry, yes this is a bad idea but I saw the words:

Miley Cyrus' 9 year old sister is starting a line of lingerie for kids.

and the picture of a grinning Ralphie right under it

and it had a comedic effect on me

As for this, I am disappointed in Billy Ray Cirrus but I am not at all surprised that it is happening because stuff like this is already out there. There are thongs for girls already out there. It's terrible.

        Meh.

I've known my whole adult life it's all about the dollar
and the bar can always be lowered to get more of it.

And people are gonna complain no matter what.

As long as I can sleep at night with my own morality at stake
        that's all that matters.
"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris Mannix

This is the latest in a string of pre tween "sexy" underwear. my now 19 year old daughter was a fan of limited 2 and the olsen twins both lines included thongs and padded bras for 10 year olds

I want my kids to be kids for a long time. My daughter is four and she wants makeup and her ears pierced, it drives me crazy.

Can you even call it lingerie when its for a 9-year-old? Isn't it just underpants at that age.

I'm not sure who I think is more warped - the adults who conceived and marketed this charming product line, or the parents who buy the stuff for their own children.

The ever-increasing coarsening of our culture never ceases to amaze me. I suppose I should be getting used to it by now. And I thought the line of Barbie's wearing lingerie was skeevy enough . . .

This is horrible. Where has childhood gone? What happened to innocence?

Do you remember when you were kids and something came out that all the parents were totally against, it just made you want it even more. Every generation of kids has it's own stuff and the parents hate it.

                        Same with this stuff.

It's all the parents fault ... I'm sure most parents don't encourage kids dressing like this BUT I bet a lot let them because they want to be "friends" with their kids... So basically they let the kids do anything they want ..... The media tells kids THIS IS COOL so the kids just go along with it.

The media, celebs and manufactures make and distibute this crap, but it's the parents that buy it.

I can't imagine just about any parents who would buy this, though I'm sure there will be an idiotic few.
