baseball card collecting

anybody still collecting baseball cards? i've started collecting some of the players i grew up with like bench, rose, garvey, yaz, brett, schmidt, etc.. and am finding that they've got all sorts of cards out there now such as bat cards, jersey cards, printing plate cards, etc! getting pretty costly too and i keep having the same guy outbid me ALL the time!!
