I unfortunately do not do much these days due to some issues. But back in the day when I was doing shows, I used to dance and take dance classes constantly. You would never guess it now. I used to love racquetball, too.
Tread mill 35minutes every other day, weight training on alternate day.
In the summer mountain bike riding.
Walk around at work for 45mins a nite( nightwatchman at the zoo, lots of space to walk around...LOL)
I have a heavy bag but haven't put it up yet.
“When you say “It’s hard”, it actually means “I’m not strong enough to fight for it”. Stop saying its hard. Think positive!”
Mountain biking - I sometimes find it hard to muster the energy as i'm a postman by day (I walk about 7 miles every day). This year I am on a mission to get fitter than I ever have been. I ride just about every tuesday evening and have started using the cross trainer 2 or 3 times a week. I need to break out of my comfort zone and push that little bit harder. I ride a full suspension bike over the summer months and a hardtail over winter. I am in the process of building a rigid(no suspension) singlespeed(no gears) mountain bike as they really push you to ride to the max and are a great way to develop leg and arm strength.
"I should say I`m very much cleverer than any of the people who put me here. As a matter of fact, I could leave any time I wanted. It`s only a doll`s house after all. Anyway, I don`t mind. I like dolls" - The Mad Hatter, Arkham Asylum.
Officially, nothing right now . . . hurt me knee last fall and am rehabbing it right now . . . . . . gained about 15 lbs last fall into Christmas (too much Cheese Cake!)
Anyway I'm on the eliptical for about 3 miles, 3 days a week. Hope to be ready for spring softball and possibly some hockey for old men

Basketball is my game, but I haven't played much lately. The last time I played I shot lights out in a managers versus employees game. It felt good to show the kids I work with that I could still play.
