    Well, I used to do baton group at my school which involved twirling and dancing once a week. My knee is no longer cooperating. I do want to invest in an Ab Circle pro. It's not good to have the bone structure of a ten year old kid and weigh 183 pounds!!

      I just went for about a 5 kilometer Skateboard journey, trying to keep up with my 9 year old son on his bicycle (as My bike had a flat tyre). Daily walks with my dog. . . .and I was cycling about 10 kms a day until about 6 months ago. . . .time to get back on the bike again!

          Winter sucks for me but I try to punch the bag at least 3-4 times a week.

            Early last year I put on a few pounds and my Blood pressure went up. I had stopped working out and paid the price........I now got back to my Power walking and free weight workouts. Also changed the way I ate, my Blood pressure lowered and the extra weight is coming off hope to lose about 30 pounds this year... I also got back to playing Handball and Paddle ball.

                Hockey. I took it up about 7 years ago, when I was in my early 30s. I'm taking this session off, but I'll pick up again in the summer. In the meantime, sporadic treadmill usage.

                        I run 3-4 times a week. I try to run a 1/2 marathon a month either as an organized race or just on my own. I used to run marathons, but the training takes up too much time.

                            I run... waaaaaaay too much. Oh, I signed up as Batman for my next marathon in 2 weeks. Will post a pic of my bib (Batman will be printed on the bib). Can't wait for people to yell my name (I know, kinda silly).

                                I play a lot of golf (6 handicap). I actually live in a retirement village that has 7 gorgeous courses.
