Are you active? What's your game?

I'm curious who currently plays/enjoys what sport. I mean actively regularly playing for fun, exercise, pro, semi-pro, competition, family fun whatever.

I snowboard, mountain-bike (some), mma, and weight train - (but am moving more into cross training as I get old). Gotta keep the strong.

I'd absolutely, totally love to surf, but we haven't had an ocean in Wyoming for quite some time.

Soccer....I have been playing since I was in Kindergarten, coached a few years, and play in adult indoor and futsal leagues.

I used to be really good and considering I'm 41 can hold my own against most people who played college soccer that are now my age. I just can't compete against anyone under 30.

Skateboarding; though excuses not to skate come far too easy these days and most of the time I just sit at home.

Well they say that's good for the heart too, and certainly qualifies for activity.

Avid snowboarder. I love to snowboard. Tried skiing and never could keep my balance or keep my skis from banging into each other. As soon as I stuck my feet on a single plank, I was hooked! Nothing better than screaming down the mountain on a board.

I also am an avid mountain biker and I play racquetball 3 times a week.

Handball in the summer time on the weekends and free weights three times a week, I also just purchased an elliptical machine with the hopes of using it at least a half hour every night.

I also play poker and have been known to sit at a table for 15+ hours, trust me that feels like a workout when your done!

I don't play any sports on a regular basis, but I do workout 6 days a week (3 days of certain body parts and another 3 days of the other body parts).

My game right now is promising to get back on my bicycle as much as I used to. Excercise has fallen off since I got married and had a kid and started working so much. Poor excuses.

Softball was my game - 2B, SS, 3B. I used to play in a league on my company team. I've haven't played in years though and it shows. It would probably kill me now. I did play and coach little league baseball when my boys played.

Before I got sick back in 2004...I was in a San Francisco softball B league...played there for ten years...I played three positions, first base, right field, and catcher...first base was my favorite position...and that's where I played the most.

I was an erratic hitter...and very one-dimensional...90% of my hits went to right field...however...I was a power-hitter...so that got me some runs...lol.

                            Fun times.

                            Now...I just drink beer...watch movies...and post online...

                              I meesed up man.

I used to do cardio ALL the time...40 minutes a day
and then I just gave up.

                              Gotta get back to it!

I wish I was a successful musician not for much other reason in that
it would get my butt movin' a lot more than it gets it movin' now.

If I was doing my breakneck rock shows 4-5-7 times a week, I'd
be in much better shape...I know it.
