I don't play any sports on a regular basis, but I do workout 6 days a week (3 days of certain body parts and another 3 days of the other body parts).

Handball in the summer time on the weekends and free weights three times a week, I also just purchased an elliptical machine with the hopes of using it at least a half hour every night.
I also play poker and have been known to sit at a table for 15+ hours, trust me that feels like a workout when your done!Leave a comment:

Avid snowboarder. I love to snowboard. Tried skiing and never could keep my balance or keep my skis from banging into each other. As soon as I stuck my feet on a single plank, I was hooked! Nothing better than screaming down the mountain on a board.
I also am an avid mountain biker and I play racquetball 3 times a week.Leave a comment:

Soccer....I have been playing since I was in Kindergarten, coached a few years, and play in adult indoor and futsal leagues.
I used to be really good and considering I'm 41 can hold my own against most people who played college soccer that are now my age. I just can't compete against anyone under 30.Leave a comment:

I'm curious who currently plays/enjoys what sport. I mean actively regularly playing for fun, exercise, pro, semi-pro, competition, family fun whatever.
I snowboard, mountain-bike (some), mma, and weight train - (but am moving more into cross training as I get old). Gotta keep the
strong.
I'd absolutely, totally love to surf, but we haven't had an ocean in Wyoming for quite some time.
