Is Sideshow Toy dropping the ball?

I ordered a 12" Timothy Dalton James Bond Legacy exclusive recently. Sideshow ships their product in a box with no padding with the figure fitting snugly inside. When I received the box, it was damaged and so was the figure. I contacted Sideshow about a replacement and said they had none, but would refund my money and pay return postage. I then go on their website and saw that they do have others in stock to replace it. They really need to get their crap together.

yeah maybe you should complain to them,I'm sure maybe they'll do something about it if enough people start to tell them the same thing
