Star Trek Con was a BLAST!

Hey gang, just got home. Tired, but happy. Jess and I had lots of fun at the con. She was the prettiest photo op there. We saw Armin Shimerman and Max Grodencheck (Quark and Rom) Chase Masterson, (Leeta the Dabo Girl) and J.G. Hertzler and Robert O'Reily (General Martok and Gowron) and man were they funny when they did a rap! I asked questions of Max and Armin, and I got interviewed for the Ch. 5 News (KPIX) here in Oakland. (but I'll probably wind up on the cutting room floor!) I helped w/ the auction and got a free t-shirt and spend WAAAAY too much in the dealers room! Jess took lotsa of pics, which I'm sure she will post. We did see a few Megos in the wild in the dealers room. *YAWN* I'm really bushed, but it was an awesome day!

    Was this convention in Oakland?

I didn't even know about it.

Sounds like it was a pretty large Con. I haven't seen a Star Trek one around my area in a long time.
      It's all good!

It was in San Fransisco. We did talk about it on the Sci-Fi page, Hec. BTW...I'm wearing my green Target Star Trek shirt. (and shockingly enough I was the ONLY one there who had one!)

Kirk and Picard come tomorrow, but they were charging $65 for General Admission, so we went today.

Yay that was so fun Sharry. My feet are threatening to cramp up on me though, being cold all day and also in short heels. I've only managed to remove my makeup except I was dying for a hot chocolate, so I'm still wearing my ears. I am so tired I may just sleep in them tonight...And my eyebrows don't look so funny being 1/3 gone.

I thought I managed to spend only $16 on a pair of earrings, but nope...I remember buying a Dr. Zaius t-shirt and a Spock t-shirt...and dinner was $5.00.
