You might try Joe at Mego Store. I'm not sure if he does carry them but it's worth a check.
edited to say yes, he does carry it.

The biggest concern after quality of the footage is completeness of the show. Most copies are cut, because the source material (FX having been the source for many years, aired the show cut to shreds. Most copies of the 66 Batman are taken from FX's airing too, and although they LOOK nice... FX cut most of the window cameos)

We recorded the episodes digitally either uncut or with only minimal cuts when ActionMax showed them a years ago (at messed up daybreak hours), and burned them for our collection. Has to be the nicest I've ever seen them... and believe me, I've seen some nice copies over the years.

What you want to ask when purchasing dvd copies are :

          1) source material (how many generations and from where)

          2) recording speed (if on tape) or compression bitrate (if digitally)

          3) how many episodes per dvd (less per dvd equals better quality)
          more DVDs=better viewing experience

If the dealer cannot answer those questions, move on.

If buying in person, the dealer will only show you the quality on a small set, move on. Small TV on a dealer table is a trick. Almost anything looks good on a small TV.

TVland aired Batman with all the window pop ins intact.

American Life Channel was showing both Batman & the Green Hornet on Friday nights for a year or so but took off most of their programming a couple months ago.

I recorded these when the Encore Action channel aired them.

If you want to take the time to download them, you can find many of the episodes here. I think that there are links to all of the episodes. However, I'm not an expert when it come to the show.
                        Hey! Check out the pictures.

4 Batman crossovers? I know of the "A Piece of the Action" story. What's the other?
