With all respect----from what I understand about trademark,
and the habits of lawyers in general regarding intellectual property,
this is a wrong take carm
When people work to create something that is worth something in
the marketplace, expect them to fight anyone that is trying to intrude
or feed on that
As I said on the previous page:
"If any one is fishing for publicity it's HALLMARK because even tho' Paris
potentially may be as stupid as she looks---they gotta know her LAWYERS
aren't"
But this has nothing to do with publicity and everything to do with
Paris (or the PARIS COMPANY so to speak) protecting what Paris rightfully
has the right to protect, and because Paris is so rich she can afford to go
after a big fish like HALLMARK
It'd be significantly harder for a less wealthy person to do so--
