Need advice on pricing UFC memorabilia

Does anybody here collect sports memorabilia? Or is anybody here into/follow the UFC ( Ultimate Fighting Championship)

How would I be able to figure out what the value is on something that's one of a kind? For example I own the one & only existing UFC heavyweight champion Randy Couture UFC coaching sports Jersey that Couture wore while filming a show called the ultimate fighter season 1, this is an on going UFC show thats on Spike TV, now they are up to season 6, each season has a different set of coaches. And not only do i own the Jersey, but the Jersey is autographed by all of the fighters on that season, i also have Randy Couture holding up the Jersey in a photo. Randy signed it also.

For UFC fans it has value because many people worldwide asked me to sell it to them, the few sports memorbillia sports shops that i let take a look at it immediately offerred me money, yet they really didn't answer my question. I basically need to know what value it has , so when i auction it i have an idea of where to start the auction price.

To make a real long story short, this item was donated to our family to pay off high medical debts back 2 years ago when i had brain surgery.

But if i go with Ebay, to put a high reserve ebay charges like 50 bucks i believe, so should i start the bid price high, like the best offer i had to date?

And do you guys know anyone who might have an interest in this rare UFC item?

I also have 2 pairs of signed Mike Tyson gloves from when he was training here in Vegas.

If it is truly valuable, putting a reserve on it is just causing you to pay eBay more in listing fees. Price it low and roll the dice. Be sure to advise anyone who had previously expressed interest. The only person who can tell you the value will be the winner.

it depends on how much it emans to you . do you think you will get more then its worth to you tom sell it. if i was really intyo ufc i would keep it but if i was into it a little and had gotten the stuff then i would post on ebay with alow opening bid and take my chances. i dont think it will go for that much i would guess low if i was thinking of selling it then determine is this amount of money worth more to me then the items. mike

Here are two pics of the Randy Couture signed UFC jersey. Did these pics come out clear?
