Definitely the Bible for reading.
I'm not sure I'd actually be able to enjoy any kind of meal or movie knowing it would be over.
I'd probably choose a Bushel of fresh steamed Blue Crabs from the Chesapeake Bay with unlimited amounts of beer (I can sit and pick at them for 2+ hours).
For a movie, I think I would go with Passion of the Christ. I think it would be about the only movie that might give me any sense of comfort."The farther we go, the more the ultimate explanation recedes from us, and all we have left is faith."

Linguini w/ clam sauce and parm, strawberry cheesecake, Bailey's & Coke and I have to make some multiple choices for reading and viewing.
Reading: New Testament and Imzadi by Peter David
Viewing: Somewhere In Time, Original Star Trek, 60s Batman series."Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."Comment

Meal: There is no end to what I would debate over, but Fried Chicken (and I am on record eating two whole ones at one sitting), a T-Bone or two (I once ate 48 ounces of T-Bones at one sitting...easily) and some Sushi. Hell, for me, there are any number of things you could put in front of me for a "last meal" and I would be happy. Finish it off with a Dark Beer, a Single Malt Scotch, German Chocolate Cake, and a Cohiba. (The irony of that is that for all intents and purposes....I try to be a Vegetarian.)
Book: Lonesome Dove.
Movie: The Big Lebowski.Last edited by saildog; Jan 14, '10, 11:31 PM.Comment
