I'm trying to figure out why he was hired. One season and he's gone with Oakland. One season and he's gone with Tennessee. Wonder who he'll go to next season?Comment

I kind of think the reason he was hired was because it's the package he brings. He's not much of a coach but his dad is so revered as a defensive coach plus the other assistants and recruiting people makes him more appealing than he should be.Comment
