I have tremendous respect for Bruce Lee...by far...my favorite martial artist ever.

I boxed for many years. But i started with Kung Fu! Boxing is far, far superior! No question about it. Yes of course some Karate dudes will kick the **** out of a boxer, but on average the boxer crushes the stiff Karate dudes! My easiest fights were the Black Belts, way to stiff, not fluid at all. Boxing is the best stand up art out there.

I'm just having a little fun, Damien...I'm not trying to belittle you...but you couldn't find Rich Franklin in a top 100 boxing list...let alone a boxing contender. He might "practice" boxing...but he ain't no authentic pro boxer...that's for sure.

Rich Franklin has ZERO boxing amateur fights. He's not even worthy of being called a bum in boxing...he's a never been.

...and for you information...there's not a single prime pro boxer worth mentioning who fights in MMA...unless you count washed up and old fat fighters like Ray Mercer and Francis Botha...lol.

it's totally different, get a boxer on the ground against an MMA fighter and he's done. I don't care who it is. Do you think Tommy in his prime could've taken Brock lesnar in a street fight? hell no, Brock would've taken his *** to the ground and it would've been over.

so you can't really compare, look at Mercer, he was a well respected Boxer at one point and he got rocked by Kimbo Slice

Well I agree with that. But it goes both ways. Any MMA guy fighting with boxing rules usually gets owned! Yes though a boxer in the MMA world get dominated. But imagine a young prime Tyson in the UFC! Would have been awesome! Mike Tyson loves the UFC and studied some Brazilian Jui Jitsu right here in Vegas about 3-5 years ago, he was offered much $$$$ by Dana white but passed.
