I did $20 for the first when she lost it with me and she got another $20 when she was with her mom for the second.
After that she got $5 per tooth but on one occasion some one had stolen her kick scooter and she lost her tooth that day. She got a $100 for that tooth and a note from the tooth fairy saying this is for a new scooter.
