I got a 22" flat screen tv for my bedroom so I can play my PS3 online since the wireless internet wouldn't work properly in my loungeroom. And a fishing reel, some cash, a Microman Gatchaman Ken. And most importantly, a whole lot of love.

my daughter made me a little jar of home-made bath salts
my inlaws gave me a T shirt & cash, which covers some recent Megos & Ledys
my son gave me a bottle of home-made cherry syrup, made with Kool-aid, sugar, water, Starbursts, marshmallows and a small candy cane.

Recently when I've made pancakes, I've thrown in pineapple, cherries or canned fruit cup. They're good with boysenberry or raspberry syrup (not maple), but I was telling my son that I'd like to find some cherry syrup to use instead.
