I'm a big time Red Sox fan and this excited me. This is only the 17th no hitter in Red Sox history and the first time a rookie red sox did it. It happened tonight in a red sox 10-0 victory over the orioles.

Amazing, a picture of the Sox pitched? You must try to generate happiness within yourself. If you aren't happy in one place, chances are you won't be happy anyplace. -Ernie BanksComment

Growing up a Yankee fan in upstate NY, it's been nice to see young talent from the Yankees system making such an impact this year. Good for the Red Sox too. With old timers like Schilling, Timlin, Clemens, Mussina, etc, it's nice to see the new crop of arms coming in successfully for both teams. Keeps the rivalry fresh.Comment

That was a nice game pitched by a 23 year old kid. It's always great to see a no-hitter and I'm happy it was for the Sox. First time I ever set foot in Yankee Stadium was July 18, 1999. Needless to say it was for David Cones perfect game. Holy Cow!! Being a life-long Redsox fan I did stand and clap for the last out..but it was hard..
