I disagree...nothing like pounding half a dozen little Micky Dee cheesburgers after a night of drinking...those little suckers hit the spot sometimes...

I won't totally disagree with you on the grounds that you are talking to a man who keeps a box of frozen burritos and popsicles in his freezer at all times because sometimes, that is all that will do.

Wish we had In N Out here, but since we don't, What-A-Burger hits the spot pretty well. We have some local joints that can do it up pretty good, too. All of which keeps me way the hell away from McDonald's or Sonic for a Burger fix. However, Micky D's still gets their fair share of my hard earned money....just not for burgers.Best fast food burgers in the West Coast though...In N Out Burgers...off the chain...

Yep....A-1 going bye-bye is on the Marquee.
We have had What-A-Burger in Oklahoma for as long as I can remember and...Thank God....there was one in Pensacola, Florida when I lived there in the mid-90s. Used to work shift work at that time and no matter what time I got off of work, I could stop in and get a burger and fries....even at 7 AM
.
Love What-A-Burger.
Just wish we had Krystal here in Oklahoma.

No, we have What-A-Burgers here, too but last year a few of them closed up including the two closest to my house so I haven't been there in awhile.

There is a frozen food chain in Canada that sells the McRib Patty (or an excellent subsitute) and with the right sauce you have a great simulation. I just can't bring myself to buy processed foods in bulk.Places to find PlaidStallions online: https://linktr.ee/Plaidstallions

We had a local sausage factory called Weber's that made patties called "Johnny Rib". The were microwavable and came with their own BBQ sauce. They were sold in local grocery stores, and my mom would buy them for quick lunches in the summertime. When the McRib came out, I noticed how much it tasted like the Johnny Ribs. Weber's burned down here years ago, and now the McRib is also gone.
