TNA vs. WWE Monday, January 4th!!!

I watched some of it last night (Saturday) at 3:00 AM

Seen the part where Brett and Shawn hug.

Man, that made me lose the little respected I had left for Hart.

I always hated him, I admit that ... but I never thought he would bend over for Vince so obviously.

Never tell me the guy has any heart.

He'll **** Vince's **** just like any other wrestler.

First, I like Jim Cornette but what he wants simply wouldn't work today. It's a different world and a different audience. Basically if Cornette collectined Megos ge'd be one of the people complaining that the new Green Arrow isn't exactly like the original. As far as the shows, TNA had much more action and was still headed in the right direction. Angle vs. Styles blew away anything WWE had to offer, The cage was a mess, but it seemed forgotten once Jeff Hardy showed up. About the women. WWE may have hotter women overall, but TNA does two things with their women WWE does not: they let them work decent matches (Knockout stage was great) and they actually let them use thier sexuality ( SeeThe Beautiful People) where WWE wants to be kid friendly now. As far as Raw, over than the Bret stuff, same old same old.

In hart's defense I get the same look when my Wife's pastor wants to hug me after Church (even my Dad and i don't hug). Some men DO NOT HUG but many born again christians seem to have no qualms invading your personal space

Except, they're watching the monitors, not reading a script. TNA's announcers don't have a script, lol. Those are format sheets, which rarely have anything to do with the matches on them, which is why announcers are often clueless.

Cornette's a funny rant to listen to, but he's the guy who didn't want to push new stars in TNA or elsewhere and he's never successfully booked a wrestling company into anything other than bankruptcy. The guy who's been fired from every wrestling company he's ever worked for sure has a lot of bad stuff to say about all of them. Too bad he didn't have many points in that diatribe.

The cage match was a mess though, but the talk of the night was TNA not WWE.

TNA's future is secure, as it has been for some time. I wouldn't worry too much about NWO stuff, since none of those guys are there to be a fixture of the company, they're being brought in to put over new guys, which is exactly what they should be doing.
