sad news for Hector,Damien, and all the wrestling fans out there.

Breaking news in the world of pro wrestling.

According to Wrestling Observer, Eddie Fatu, best known as "Samoan Bulldozer" Umaga has passed away today. A report said that his wife found him not breathing and with blood running out of his nose. He was sent to a local hospital and suffered a second heart attack there.

Wrestling is depressing these days. Too many deaths.

^ Yep Afa and Sika are his uncles. The Tonga Kid and Rikishi are his brothers. The Rock is a cousin. Another cousin was Yokozuna. These Samoans are waaay too big now IMO and their bodies pay the price. Afa and Sika were nowhere near as big physically as Umaga, Yokozuna or Rikishi. Apparently he was let go by the WWE earlier this year for violating their drug policy. They wanted him to go to rehab, it was his 2nd offense, but he refused....so they released him from his contract. Evidently it caught up with him in the end. Another avoidable wrestling tragedy IMO.

I blame McMahon for a lot but not this. They did everything they could to help him and he refused. If he would have still been under their watch sure, but he was let go well before this happened. It's sad but in the end this was a grown man who paid the ultimate price for making some bad decisions.
