Sad day today. I meet Stewart years ago, he was nice and quirky in which I liked. I have a few autographed items from Patrick, it which I found out was rare that he autographs items.

This month has stunk. A friend of mine(a fellow Trekker) said we need to shrink wrap Shatner stat!

I met him around 1996 literally right down my street in my neighborhood at Barnes and Noble. He was doing a signing for “A Christmas Carol.”So sad to hear RIP Le Capitan.

I honestly love him because of how funny a guy he was, he had comedic skills and seemed like a decent human being all around.

Very shocking news, just out of left field, this has been a tough week being a Star Trek fan. Stewart played a great Captain character completely different than Shatner’s portrayal. Picard was more of a diplomat talker than Kirk’s let’s go get them attitude.

            RIP. Patrick Stewart.

This one stings like losing Nimoy. Stewart was such an active, vital guy. And he did seem like a truly good human being. We need more of those, not less. RIP.

                From Marvel Twitter account:
All of us at Marvel Studios are deeply saddened by the passing of Sir Patrick Stewart. Sir Patrick brought Professor Charles Xavier to life with extraordinary grace, intelligence, and humanity, defining the character for generations of fans, from "X-Men" to "Logan" to "Avengers: Doomsday." He was a singular talent, a generous collaborator, and a true gentleman. Our hearts go out to his wife Sunny, his children, his friends, and the countless fans around the world whose lives he touched with his art.

Greatest portrayal of Gurney Halleck, ever. (Love the "Umm..I didn't sign up for this" look on the pug's face.)

Terrible news! Besides the well known shows and films he was in, there was a little comedy show on Starz called “Blunt Talk” about 10 years ago. I thought it was pretty good, but don’t think it was too popular though. RIP!
