              My wife told me about her passing as we drove into town to pick up our granddaughter. She was wearing a cute Nightmare Before Christmas outfit with Sally on it. Between Sally, Home Alone, Beetlejuice, and all the other projects she's done, she has achieved cinematic immortality, but this one still hurts.

                      What a loss. I've always enjoyed her, particularly in the Christopher Guest films and of course Beetlejuice.

                      I listened yesterday to Sally's Song in memoriam, I was teary. RIP.
