Can be anything - a dish from a favorite meal to seasonal candy and treats! No wrong answers. Maybe we’ll find some things that we want to try from other’s posts!

Homemade cinnamon rolls with thick cream cheese icing freshly baked Christmas morning. Prep the night before to pop in the oven that morning.

Gotta say I'm a cookie guy as well. Daughter #2 makes a batch of amazing homemade Christmas cookies every year. They are sugar cookies made in different Christmas themed shapes then iced in the colors of the particular shapes. They are so delicious and look great. My only complaint is there should be twice as many!

Without a doubt, my favorite is roasted beef tenderloin, which has been a staple in my house for over 20 years. It’s pricey, but soooooooo good, and it’s only once a year.

I’d love to but my portion is waaaaay smaller than it should be. So small in fact I have to hide a few!

This has my attention. Mashed potatoes as well?

I’m not much of a mashed potatoes guy; I prefer a baked potato with the skin oiled and seasoned, baked at 450 to produce a crispy skin and fluffy interior.

Baked potato is not a dealbreaker for me. Sounds great! Being a rural human from the Midwest I'd eat mashed potatoes with my morning cornflakes.
