Unlike our traditional friends above, we're gonna Sous Vide Tomahawk Ribeys then give them a nice Sear. Had to have the axe handles cut off so they fit in the vacuum bags. Served with Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Delicata Squash.

IMG_20251127_150710.jpg This is the first Thanksgiving without my Father. BF and I went a different method, our local theater had a Thanksgiving dinner plate for $20 so we took Mom and Nephew to watch Zootopia 2 and enjoy dinner without having to do dishes. Nephew had a shake with fires and all three biscuits with a slice of ham.
