The only newer sappy Christmas movie I ever seen ... I forgot the title but I think I seen it last year ... It was set in WW2 Germany ... and for some reason a few American army guys ended up in a house eating Christmas dinner with a few nazis because some woman (Linda Hamilton) put her foot down and made them stop fighting for the night
It was so stupid, I had to watch it

Yeah, I definitely let my wife handle the Hallmark and Lifetime movies. I'll stick with Miracle on 34th St, It's a Wonderful Life and A Christmas Story.Leave a comment:

Sappy Holiday TV Movies
OK, I know we have a bunch of manly men here, but I know some of you have a sensitive side. So who goes in for the Hallmark or Lifetime channel movie fare during the Christmas season? Some of my faves are:
1) The Christmas Card (Hallmark)
2) All I Want For Christmas (Hallmark)
3) Ebbie (Lifetime and Hallmark)
4) Comfort and Joy (Lifetime)
There's more but you get the idea. I also like watching the holiday specials on Family Channel's 25 Days of Christmas.
