    Giving up my toyroom

    Hi Megoheads,
I know I haven't posted here in quite a while. It's with a heavy heart that I tell you that my brother is putting this house on the market in March 2026, and I'll have to move into an apartment. In other words no more toyroom. Needless to say I'm on an emotional roller coaster right now and have to make some tough decisions as to what goes and what stays. I'm on disability and don't even know where I'll be living yet. But I have to drastically downsize. The good news is my loss is your gain. So be watching the Marketplace for my Big Jim collection, games, a playset or 2, and other fun things. It's killing me to let this stuff go, but I would feel much better if they could be sold to people who would actually enjoy them and treasure them as I do. Thanks everybody.

You're one of the favorite OG's here. Hope things work out for you, HardyGirl.

Sorry to hear that's happening to you. It's really hard to part with things you treasure. I hope you find a good place to live that you can afford. Please come hang out with us more often. We have missed you.

Very sorry to hear that. Best of luck through this difficult time, both letting your stuff go, and finding a new place to live. It is nice to hear from you. As J.B. and Lonnie said, you are definitely missed here!

It's nice to be missed. But managing Star Trek Continues Social media is almost a full time job! And now w/ the move, I really won't have the time. We'll see after I get settled.

That’s a tough break, and being on disability can be lousy. I also went thru that and it’s difficult and emotional and now having to find a new place to live, it just doesn’t seem fair.

Hopefully you an keep a few items you really want, and I hope things will work out for you, stay strong and stay positive.

I will be adding more stuff some time this week. As hard as it is to let this stuff go, it's REALLY important that I find people who will love and appreciate them. The Salvation Army won't take used games. Other things I don't believe millennials, Gen Z or Gen Alpha would appreciate and understand the value of. Us Gen Xers do. I really hope you guy can help me out.
