New ALICE COOPER Album - The Revenge Of Alice Cooper

Alice Cooper will be releasing a new album on July 25, titled The Revenge of Alice Cooper. This album is an official "reunion" album as it has been recorded by all 4 of the surviving original Alice Cooper Band members (Alice Cooper, Michael Bruce, Dennis Dunaway & Neal Smith) and has been produced by Bob Ezrin. Glen Buxton, the band's original lead guitarist, passed away in late 1997. The last album the original band recorded together, Muscle of Love, was released in late 1973.

I'm deeply interested in hearing this effort, and have a feeling there's a few others on here who may be as well.

The linked article has all of the details, far too many for me to attempt to nutshell here.

That’s cool…and they’re touring with Judas Priest this year!

^Alice Cooper is touring with Judas Priest this year, but I'm not sure the other members from the original Alice Cooper Band will be participating in that tour. I think there is a possibility that there may be some one-off shows here and there down the line, which would be of great interest to me as well. I'm looking forward to the AC/JP matchup for sure.

Yes and No! Alice's current band is going out with Da Priest. As for the "Original Band"? Well...

The surviving members of the original ALICE COOPER band — singer Alice Cooper, guitarist Michael Bruce, bassist Dennis Dunaway and drummer Neal Smith — have reunited to record their first new studio album in over 50 years. Due on July 25 via earMUSIC, "The Revenge Of Alice Cooper" also includes a sp...

"As for the possibility of the original COOPER band hitting the road again, Alice said: "We haven't even gotten to that point yet. I don't really see it being a full-out tour; it would be very, very hard, I think, if you haven't done it for a long time. But I could see it being a feature, like going into certain cities — Detroit, New York, L.A., London maybe, and doing a half-hour or 40 minutes in a club or something. We always leave those things open, and if it looks feasible, then we do it."

And here is the video for BLACK MAMBA

        So we will see.

Thanks for posting the song video, the vibe is what I was hoping for. There's been plenty of the heavy rockin' stuff over the past few decades, so I fully appreciate this long-absent style of vocalization from The Coop.
