    Any musicians on here?

The thread on Rush vs Yes got me to thinking if there are any musicians who are Mego fans.

If so what do you play? Released songs or albums or recording any? What bands are you in or have played?

Bass player here for 20 plus years. Have played in numerous bands in Seattle. 4-string banger and fav instrument I've played is Rickenbacker 4005 Semi Hollowbody bass. Currently play Fender P '54 reissue in Paisley along with a Fender Kingman Acoustic bass.

            I play the butt trumpet.
I'm usually too shy to play in public, but I occasionally serenade my girlfriend at night.

I have played drums for over 20 years, majored in percussion in college, played in too many bands to count and was a studio musician for a couple of years. Now I am happy to play for my church on Sunday mornings. My set is in the basement and my kids have fun with that and my old guitars almost daily.

All kidding aside, my cousin is a classical concert pianist.

Haven't seen or spoken to him since we both were like 8 years old.

                          Generic,
                          What albums and what bands?
Do you still play and what do you sport?
Bands I've played are Green, back in L.A., Foot Foot, Select'o'Matic 2000 and The Melody Unit in Seattle. Mostly did The Melody Unit's sound during live and filled in as bass player at times. Ran sound for Super Deluxe as well and worked on some projects with them.
Did a project under Candlemaker for comp tribute album to The Screamers. Did a cover of "Eva Braun". Used the Danelectro BC bass. Very versatile since I was going for that hollowbody tinny sound.
Been asked to play recently and I have friends that want to form a band as leisure. Great musicians.
Miss playing with my old band mates.

                          Any up for recording virtually?

I've been in metal, thrash and punk bands. I played drums for years but switched to guitar.
