      Generally one.

I am in the same boat of not having the stomach capacity to eat too much without physically feeling sick to my stomach.

Just one for me. Usually the smell of cooking food pretty much knocks out my appetite, especially if I'm in the kitchen helping.

me it's not the smell but more of seeing it all, when I see too much food I lose my appetite that's why I don't go to buffet's

Well for me its crazy every theres about 4 different houses.Me and the wife always have the biggest agruements as well. For one our family is crazy because everyone wants to cook a feast,so wished that one day I could be in one place!!! So about 4 servings and then desert is even more. But go to the gym and pump iron so no problem with over eating. I'm a big 6'-3'' 250Ib. monster that loves to eat no doubt.
