    AN oldie but a goodie. GRIM REAPER from the NWOBHM made a dent in the 80's. I met guitarist Nick Bowcott in 93 at my first NAMM show. He was working for MARSHALL Amps (this was years after the band broke up) He was pleasant at first then over the years, he lost his hair and got bitter and vindictive. I believe he is still working at Marshall and he does the occasional column for various guitar magazines.

                                                What the Hell where they thinking????


                                                Carmine Appice: Drum legend extraordinaire and Rick Derringer ,guitar hero. They released a joint lp called: DnA (geddit?) and they all of a sudden WANT to be: DEVO?????



                                                ***!!!???!?!?! Decades later along with bassist Tim Bogart they released a lp: DBA (Derringer, Bogart Appice) and this time they stuck to their roots and carrying on the tradition when they did Beck, Bogart & Appice back in 72/73.


                                                But still, I remember the ad for this album in the back pages of CIRCUS magazine in 83. Even the ad looked sooo out of place.
