Ahh, GAZZA. My top guitar hero from the 80's. This was from the WILD FRONTIER Lp and I saw that tour in 1987, He played JEZEBEL's in Anaheim twice! The ROXY on Sunset in Hollyweird, and San Pedro. Then he played at the Metro here in Chicago. I was Baptized, seeing him live and he was LOUD!!!
I tried to meet him after the ROXY show, but his Gaffer' (Manager) Steve Barnett put a stop to that!
I did get to meet Bob Daisley (Bassist) and Michael Schenker & Rob McCauley who were there to say 'HI' to Gazza and crew!
And now he's dead. Sad. Our GAL, did say BIG COUNTRY's "BAG PIPE Guitars" were a inspiration.
(Gal and Gazza; are nickname slang for Gary. FYI)
