    John Kinsel, Sr. RIP

No, John was not an actor. Never heard of him before? Well, most have not either. John was one of the last remaining Navajo Code Talkers from World War II. Anyone who is a history buff of World War II, or the Navajo Talkers, knows these elite group of soldiers sent thousands of messages without error on Japanese troop movements, battlefield tactics, and other communications crucial to the war’s ultimate outcome. Knowing the native language, and being able to fight in combat, if necessary, they were mean tough to recruit because of how specialized the assignment was. On some reservations in Arizona, flags will be flown at half-mast for the former Marine/Navajo Code Talker. With him being gone, that leaves 2 Navajo Code Talkers still alive today. John was 107.

I am a history and WW2 buff, those Navajo code talkers were so very vital in winning the war in the pacific.
107 years old is amazing in itself. For those who would be interested or if you haven’t watched it yet, there is a movie called Windtalkers (2002) starring Nicolas Cage and Christian Slater, directed by John Woo.

The code talkers are all heroes.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
