I’ve done a full watch thru on Time Tunnel and it is t great. It’s ok. Sort of. It’s definitely a cheaper version of Dr Who. -
I'm gonna be honest and at first I did NOT like the whole "Vic Fontaine" character. I thought what is this? I have no idea if it was the writers who came up with the idea or if Alexander Siddig did? Anyway... After watching Deep Space over and over again, the character started to make "sense". "It's only a paper moon" which dealt with NOG's PTSD was incredible. The reception on the series finale was great.
No comment on TJ Hooker.
I didn't follow "The Time Tunnel", I would see a few episodes here and there on the ever Repeating METV Saturday nite lineup! And the episodes I did see, I was not impressed, not cause of Mr. Darren, but cause of Irwin Allen's lousy production values!
He had a great life. Godspeed.
