Hatch Chile Season is upon us!

Went to South Pasadena this morning to pick up our order of Hatch Chiles. Bristol Farms had their Roaster Drums dispensing Mild, Medium, Hot and Stupid Hot. Went with Medium.

Now they get vacuum sealed.





Total of 145 Peppers. One will get used tonight in a Cheese Tortellini meal for dinner. The rest will be split with the freezer and friends/family.
