One of my all-time favorite game show hosts has died. Peter Marshall was just brilliant! A 5-time Emmy Award winner, he was simply spectacular on "Hollywood Squares." He hosted more than 5,000 episodes of the show! Granted, he was surrounded by Hollywood royalty on the show! In addition, most assuredly, without the brilliant Paul Lynde as the center square, it probably would have never survived. While he did many, many other things, Marshall will always be known for that show -- simply magnificent show! Peter Marshall was 98.
